Having managed our own long term rentals prior, we understand the frustrations that come along with tenants either not paying rent on time (or at all), seeing our investment properties get damaged and have to undergo extensive and expensive repairs and renovations, having to undergo painful eviction processes, and then wonder at the end of it all where this elusive monthly passive cash flow was hiding as we certainly were not seeing very much of it at all (heck if we made a few hundred dollars per month we felt like we were doing well!).
Realizing just how many properties we would have to accumulate in order to achieve our goals, we knew there had to be a better way and one that could get us there much faster without all the stress and heartaches.
